About Me
It all began with a strong interest in understanding people, and so, I studied psychology—the intricate study of humanity. This interest turned into passion, and I became a licensed clinical psychologist, where I get to help individuals through a personal transformation, where they can live a more authentic and fulfilling life true to who they are, want to be, and what they love.
Trying to find a way to use what I know for societal transformation, I dove into social psychology working on community development and Social and Behavior Change. I design and implement frameworks, strategies, programs and toolkits that aim to create social change.
Throughout my journey, I found myself loving sharing what I know and helping bridge the theory and practice gap. I teach at the university level, facilitate workshops and provide trainings.
